Owner Walk & Talk- Up to 1hr, walking through a client’s home and providing them with suggestions they can make to prepare their home for sale. Providing them with a pre-sale checklist. $150 +hst
Owner Consult & Staging Guide- Up to 1hr. Same process as the owner walk & talk; additionally owners receive a personalized guide with photos of their spaces and suggestions of step by step improvements and to-dos. Photos of what they can implement for each space. $250 +hst
Accessory Stage- Main floor and Primary. We bring in all of the styling extras (artwork, textiles, decor, lamps & bedding). You can always add more rooms onto this package. $750 +hst
Primary Vacant- Main floor and primary room furnished and styled. Price is for homes 2,500 sq ft and under. $2,300 +hst
Full Vacant- All main and upper floor rooms furnished and styled. *Basements can be added onto this package.

Looking for inspiration, suggestions, paint colours, or vision boards? An in-person or virtual design consult might be for you! Choose from different concept boards and access links and store suggestions to purchase from. This option can be paired with personal shopping for decor and finishings.
